If you’re fired up about forging an exciting career in the automotive industry, joining Suzuki’s Advanced Apprenticeship Programme (AAP) is a decision that instinctively makes sense.

Suzuki trains Parts advisors to develop technical skills, product technical knowledge and customer service skills to deliver the highest levels of customer service, while understanding stock management procedures and improving sales.

Apprentices receive a combination of theoretical and practical skills testing at Suzuki’s Training Centre. The Programme is designed specifically for Suzuki Parts Advisors and focuses on brand values, customer retention and excellent customer service support.

Apprentices are also trained in a simulated Service Reception and Parts Department consisting of goods inward and counter areas. The facility has dedicated computer facilities for on-line exercises that reflect an operational Service and Parts Department.

Internal and Field Sales Position

Location: Dingwall and Highland Area

The Role

• Visiting existing customers, cold calling and dealing with shop customers

Junior  Trainee Website Administrator

This is a new roll for an enthusiastic young person to work with our website

As our business is a small family run business selling Farm and Garden machinery. The role will encompass website support & maintenance.

The position may also involve some sales of equipment etc

Responsibilities and Duties:

Working alongside our in-house Sales team to maintain the business website by ensuring sold items are taken down, new for sale items are uploaded, etc

Updating the back end of the website when needed.

Supporting the team with any ad hoc tasks

Working on marketing projects with the sales team.

This role does require some MS Word etc and IT knowledge would be helpful.
