Deliveries and shipping
Some products may have free delivery available for the mainland Highlands and Isle of Skye. There may be a charge for delivery to other areas for certain products, so please contact us for full details.
Cost of shipping
We will attempt to dispatch items purchased via this website within two business days (Monday-Friday) of the order being received and processed. If there is any delay (such as items being out of stock or no longer available), your order will not be processed and you will be notified by email.
Inspection of goods
All goods are thoroughly inspected by our staff prior to dispatch. In the case of equipment such as ride-on lawn mowers, items will be fully inspected, assembled, and repackaged before leaving our premises. This ensures that the products reach you in perfect condition.
Upon receiving your product please examine the package carefully. If the package is damaged in any way whatsoever please do not accept the package. If you sign for the package we will assume the package has reached you in good condition.
You can return goods to us in their original packaging within fourteen days of purchase.
For a full refund we ask that you explain in writing the reason for the return. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of all goods returned unless you decline to accept a delivery from a courier due to damaged packaging.
If you are returning an item due to an error made by us then we will pay all shipping costs. We reserve the right to decline returned goods or the costs incurred in returning goods that have been damaged or are not in the original packaging.
