If you’re fired up about forging an exciting career in the automotive industry, joining Suzuki’s Advanced Apprenticeship Programme (AAP) is a decision that instinctively makes sense.

Suzuki trains Parts advisors to develop technical skills, product technical knowledge and customer service skills to deliver the highest levels of customer service, while understanding stock management procedures and improving sales.

Apprentices receive a combination of theoretical and practical skills testing at Suzuki’s Training Centre. The Programme is designed specifically for Suzuki Parts Advisors and focuses on brand values, customer retention and excellent customer service support.

Apprentices are also trained in a simulated Service Reception and Parts Department consisting of goods inward and counter areas. The facility has dedicated computer facilities for on-line exercises that reflect an operational Service and Parts Department.

Internal and Field Sales Position

Location: Dingwall and Highland Area

The Role

• Visiting existing customers, cold calling and dealing with shop customers
• Build a relationship with the customers guiding them through the purchasing process

Junior Website Administrator (WordPress/WooCommerce/Elementor)

This is a new roll for an enthusiastic person to work with our website

As our business is a small family run business the role will be a fusion of several kinds of responsibilities. The role will encompass supporting the Managing Director and Team through admin support (checking & responding to emails, documenting important information, arranging meetings, following up on actions or tasks, website support & maintenance). With a split of around about 80% Website support and 20% Admin.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Working alongside our in-house photographer and Sales team to maintain the business website by ensuring all sold items are taken down, new for sale items are uploaded, etc
• Updating the back end of the website when needed
• Managing and tracking the flow of volume of sales on the website
• Supporting the team with any ad hoc tasks
• Supporting the MD with admin (emails, documentation, phone calls, etc)

Qualifications & Experience

All candidates are welcome to apply. This role does require previous technical knowledge

• Experience: Experience in admin/sales/office/business environments is desired
• Skills: Excellent communication skills are required, organisation skills, time management and works well under pressure
• Personal characteristics: The team are looking for someone with a positive attitude who can be committed to working alongside our small but high performing team
