The ergonomically designed, intuitively operated STIHL HTA 30 cordless pole pruner enables ambitious DIYers to work efficiently and comfortably on property, garden, and tree maintenance . Thanks to its tool-free adjustable, rigid telescopic shaft and automatic chain tensioning with integrated spring mechanism, the STIHL HTA 30 provides efficient support when pruning high branches, as well as for shrub maintenance and removing deadwood . The chain tension can be adjusted to the optimal setting with a single movement by simply opening and closing the sprocket cover – quick and intuitive for minimal work interruptions . The tensioning lever integrated into the branch hook ensures the correct chain tension, thus facilitating quick, tool-free assembly of the cutting attachment after cleaning or chain replacement. The tensioning lever and all other operating elements of the HTA 30 are easily accessible even when wearing work gloves.

The electric motor operates with low vibration and quietly, allowing you to perform your pruning work without hearing protection , even in noise-sensitive areas. The particularly compact and slim cutting head offers excellent visibility of the guide bar when making cuts and high maneuverability when working in tight spaces within trees. For a clean cut and fast work progress, the HTA 30 is equipped with a STIHL 1/4″ PM3 saw chain and a STIHL Light 01 guide bar . This allows you to cut branches up to 17 cm in diameter cleanly and comfortably.

The STIHL HTA 30 is easy to operate, thanks to its control handle with soft-grip elements and ergonomic locking mechanism . For comfortable working, the shaft is equipped with a rubberized grip sleeve , allowing for quick and flexible adjustments along the shaft depending on the working height. The ambidextrous locking mechanism, ergonomic grip design, and very light weight of 3.6 kg make working with the HTA 30 highly flexible, efficient, and effortless. Another feature of the STIHL HTA 30 is its robust, integrated stand, which protects the tool from dirt and moisture. The HTA 30 also features a hanging loop for attaching an optional single shoulder strap, as well as a hanging loop for convenient wall storage.

The STIHL HTA 30’s continuously adjustable telescopic shaft extends to a length of 280 cm, with the overall length of the tool ranging from 190 cm to 280 cm . With the telescopic shaft fully extended, the HTA 30 is suitable for working heights of up to 4.5 m and can be transported more easily in its shortened form. Offering up to 140 cuts with a runtime of 28 minutes per AS 2 battery charge (measured on 5 x 5 cm dry spruce timber), the HTA 30 provides sufficient power for most maintenance tasks.
