Overview
Comfortable, innovative, robust, easy to operate.
Work safety, flexibility, short set-up times and working comfort – these were the main goals in the development of the Köppl CRAWLER. The machine with 23 HP power and hydraulic drive is extremely compact, manoeuvrable and predestined for working on slopes as well as in difficult places such as delineators, crash barriers and traffic signs.
The CRAWLER’s high gradeability and load-bearing capacity enable it to cope with steep slopes up to a slope angle of 120% percent (50 Degrees). The long-range remote control allows the CRAWLER to be operated conveniently from the escort vehicle or standing close to the work area. The machine is easy to transport on the loading area and provides a clear view of the working area thanks to its independence from the support vehicle.
The finely tareable, powerful hydraulic drive with electronically monitored automatic straight-line tracking ensures that the machine runs exactly in line on the slope. Sensors continuously measure the wheel speed and transmit it to the control system. The driving speed can be set up to a maximum of 6 km/h on the remote control.
The robust direct power transmission through the mechanical PTO shaft ensures loss-free power supply to the attachments and is independent of the travel drive.
A quick change of equipment and the attachment of further original Köppl attachments guarantee short set-up times for a wide variety of applications.

Turnaround – Active Steering
The Köppl Turnaround Active Steering turns the power tool 180° on the spot (zero turn) directly over the centre point.
The wheel motors are electronically controlled and driven individually in opposite directions, ensuring full control when turning. The device can be turned comfortably with minimal effort and environmentally friendly protection of the ground.
Quick-change flange
All Köppl attachments are standardised to the quick-change flanges of the basic units.
→ Release safety lever → Flange attachment → Close safety lever. → Done.
With the quick-change flange design as a catch hook flange, even particularly heavy or wide attachments can be moved even more easily to the basic implement and automatically engage in the correct position.

Pressure brake clutch
The unrivalled Köppl innovation for a powerful, robust and extremely durable transmission. This means that no coupling damage can occur in tough applications.
The pressure brake clutch guarantees a smooth starting of the attachments with PTO brake when releasing the clutch.
Electric attachment control
The convenient control of your attachments. Attachments with electrical control can be connected to carrier vehicles with an attachment socket. The most important functions of the attachments can then be conveniently operated from the handlebar.

Remote Control
The remote control gathers all the important functions that are available for your Köppl professional device in one place. The operation remains clear and extremely comfortable.
The speed and direction of the machine is controlled by two separate joysticks. One joystick changes the driving speed and direction. The other joystick controls the machine to the left or right.
Professional Flail Mower
Flail mower with protective flaps, automatic belt tension, blade brake and cutting depth adjustment. Movable, 5 mm thick Y-blades and large aperture for optimum crop discharge.
Forestry Mulcher
The KÖPPL forestry mulcher impresses with its sturdy steel construction, which is familiar from Köppl products. A robust machine for mulching twigs, branches and trunks up to a diameter of 8 cm.
Disc Mower
Disc mower with 4 discs, oil bath angular gear and grinding shoes
Rotary Brush Mower
Rotary mower for cutting heights of at least 30 mm. Exact depth adjustment, rear ejection, skids, guide wheels.
Growing Rotary Brush Mower
Growing mower for cutting heights of at least 50 mm with rear ejection. For ecological mulching of undergrowth and high grass.
Single Roll Sweeper
Single roller sweeper with 360 mm roller diameter and mixing bristles for dirt and snow. Rubber splash guard included.
Wide Track Mower KPE
Low-vibration, free running, impact-resistant special ball bearings, counter-rotating drive of both knives, inclination adjustable. Drive running in oil bath.
Snow Plough
Snow blade with spring safety device and replaceable steel scraping and rubber blade. Hand lever swivelling from the handlebar or electrically controlled to the right and left.
