References to the terms “us” and “we” in our terms and conditions and throughout our website refer to “Frank Nicol Farm & Garden Machinery Ltd”. References to “you” and “customers” or “the customer” refers to customers who have purchased from our shop or online store. References to “visitors” or “site visitors” refers to visitors to our online shop or retail store who have not purchased any goods or services from Frank Nicol Farm & Garden Machinery Ltd.

2. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in UK Pounds (GBP) and are correct at the time the product is placed on our website. All prices include VAT at the current UK rate. Shipping charges are stated separately and may or may not apply to orders. We reserve the right to decline any order that may include a product with an incorrect price or shipping cost or for any other reason.

3. UK orders

All orders placed on our website are processed manually as soon as possible. Frank Nicol Farm & Garden Machinery Ltd reserve the right to decline any order for any reason. When you (the customer) place an order on this website an account is created for you and you will receive emails regarding the status of your order. Please use the contact form on the website to contact Frank Nicol Farm & Garden Machinery Ltd regarding any order, supplying your order number and other details with the form.

4. International orders

“International Orders” means orders received by us on the Frank Nicol Farm & Garden Machinery Ltd website from outside the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. At this time, we are not accepting international orders. Any order received from out with the UK will be declined by Frank Nicol Farm & Garden Machinery Ltd.

5. Order processing

We attempt to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt from the website. Your order will not be processed until we are confident the items are ready for dispatch. Card payments (eg: credit cards, debit cards etc) are also processed manually by Frank Nicol Farm & Garden Machinery Ltd within our physical retail shop. No card processing or credit card approval takes place online. This ensures that you will not be charged until we are ready to ship your goods to you. From time to time we may be awaiting stock or temporarily out of stock. In the event of this happening you may receive an “order pending” email from our website. Your payment will not be processed until your order is fully accepted, upon which you will receive another email from the Frank Nicol Farm & Garden Machinery Ltd website. 6. Errors and omissions

Frank Nicol Farm & Garden Machinery Ltd reserves the right to correct or alter any error or omission on any part of any item displayed on our online store, such as price, shipping cost, description, images and product name/brand. If an error has been discovered regarding an order that has already been placed the order will not be processed or accepted until the customer has been notified.

7. Deliveries and shipping

Frank Nicol Farm & Garden Machinery Ltd will attempt to dispatch any item bought from this website within two business days (Monday-Friday) of the order being received and processed. If there is any delay, such as items being out of stock or no longer available, your order will not be processed, and you will be notified of the status of your order by email.

8. Inspection of goods

All goods are thoroughly inspected by Frank Nicol Farm & Garden Machinery Ltd before dispatch. In the case of equipment all equipment is fully inspected, assembled and repackaged before leaving our premises. This ensures the products reach you in perfect condition. Upon receiving your product please examine the package carefully. If the package is damaged in any way whatsoever, please do not accept the package. If you sign for the package, we shall then assume the package has reached you in good condition.

9. Return of goods

You may return any unopened goods in original packaging to Frank Nicol Farm & Garden Machinery Ltd within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase, in writing for a full refund. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of all goods returned unless you decline to accept a delivery from a courier due to damaged packaging. Please note we are unable to accept the return of any electrical goods or any special orders made by customer. If you are returning an item to Frank Nicol Farm & Garden Machinery Ltd due to an error made by Frank Nicol Farm & Garden Machinery Ltd, we will pay all shipping costs. Frank Nicol Farm & Garden Machinery Ltd reserves the right to decline any returned goods or costs of returning any goods that have been damaged or are not in the original packaging. Cancellation of orders

You, the customer, have the right to cancel any order made to Frank Nicol Farm & Garden Machinery Ltd within 14 days of the order being placed provided the cancellation of the order and return of the goods is in accordance with the terms and conditions on the Frank Nicol Farm & Garden Machinery Ltd website. Your order will be cancelled upon receipt and inspection of returned goods in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Product warranty

Many items sold on this website have a manufacturer’s warranty included with the product. This warranty is supplied directly from the manufacturer and Frank Nicol Farm & Garden Machinery Ltd accepts no liability about any aspect of manufacturers warranties.
